With over 3000 installations in South Africa, Water Rhapsody is fiercely protective of its loyal base of customers. Should any of our customers be unhappy with our products and service, we would be the first to know, and very quick to respond. Fortunately with our very robust products, we do not often hear from our customers for many years after installations, but some have expressed their sentiments including Prof. Kader Asmal and Simon Nicks and we are publishing these to our Water Rhapsody “Customers” page.
In rolling out our franchises, Water Rhapsody are represented in all provinces, except Free State, North West and Northern Cape at this point in time. With strong demand for our water conservation systems from Gauteng, Eastern Cape, Western Cape, KZN and Mpumalanga, we have concentrated on these provinces first and now need to consolitate in these regions. Our vision is to have a Water Rhapsody system in every home in the future.

Water Rhapsody is rapidly increasing its’ footprint around South Africa, with coverage in six of the nine provinces of South Africa. With the first dealers opening in the Western Cape, the Water Rhapsody network has spread to Gauteng, KZN, Eastern Cape and Mpumalanga. This week negotiations began to secure a dealer in the Limpopo province and this is expected to come on stream later in the year. Limited opportunities still exist in all the provinces for ecopreneurs to open their own businesses in Water Conservation. “The demand has been far greater than we ever expected” says Charles Bryant who hails the water business as a sunrise industry. Demand for grey water systems and rainwater harvesting systems is growing in leaps and bounds as the South African public come to realise that there are no more opportunities to dam any more rivers; most of which no longer reach the sea.

August and September saw two new franchisees joining Water Rhapsody. First Andrew Malherbe of Grey Water Systems in the Western Cape followed by Romy and Grant Petersen of Watersense in Gauteng. Andrew has relocated from Namibia and has a strong passion for everything green, while Romy an ex game ranger together with husband Grant bring an energy to water conservation in the Gauteng area. Prior to this, Water Rhapsody appointed Ryan Crossman of Water Conservation as a master franchise holder of the Gauteng and KZN regions. Ryan, a civil engineer and MBA is fast developing interest in Water Rhapsody products in both Gauteng and KZN and has expressed his joy at having Romy and Grant take some of the pressure off him in Gauteng.

Water Rhapsody has been innundated with interest from people wanting to own their own business and develop a career of which they can be proud. Says Charles Bryant of Water Rhapsody, “We are fortunate in having people of the highest calibre join our team and ultimately it is our customers that will benefit most.”

With the state of water in SA, climate change and drought allover the country, it seems Water Rhapsody is set on a path of growth, enabling through it’s franchise system a means of rolling out water conservation products all over Southern Africa
